[Public-List] Access to stern tube

You don't need to pull the engine to access that space. Remove the plywood
bulkhead between the engine compartment and the cockpit lockers. I had do
it twice, once to replace the fuel tank, and a second time so the yard
could access the stern tube. Which wasn't cheap but wasn't 9000$ either.

The bulk head is ostensibly held in by fibreglass tabbing, but the bond is
mostly gone. There are some pop rivets that need to be drilled out and some
screws. Then some very careful hammering. 2 hours to take out, one hour to
put back in the first time. Half that the second time, because I switched
all the fasteners to nuts and bolts carefully located so I could get a
wrench on both sides.
