[Public-List] Public-List Digest, Vol 3836, Issue 2

I installed an Airhead on Candy Cane about a decade ago, following the
example of Richard and Margaret's installation on Into The Blue a few
years prior.
I have the head facing forward, and while there's no problem with the
footprint fitting on the flat part of the liner (assuming a liner boat),
or with fluids being directed appropriately on all points of sail, there
isn't enough room forward of the liquids tank to put one's feet down on
anything other than the liquids tank itself, when facing forward.
The two solutions to the problem of where to put feet with a
forward-facing Airhead, are either not to face forward, and be sure to
keep the solids trapdoor closed when peeing, or to just rest one's feet
on the top of the liquids tank instead. I usually opt for the latter
solution, having once read (in a book by a gastroenterologist) that the
more squat-like position that can be achieved by raising my feet to the
top of the tank, is generally a healthier pooping posiion.
