[Public-List] Sails -- What do you carry?

Jonathan,

We've got
  - a "new" main, over 20 old that we got a deal on because it was 
accidentally made about 6" short on the foot and the sailmaker had to 
make another one. An Alberg 30 main doesn't come close to fitting other 
boats.
  - a "new" #1 genoa (165% or 170%) that I got second-hand from Harry 
Gamber and used to beat him once.
  - a ~135% jib with a high-cut foot. I *love* this sail when there is 
reasonable wind. It's easy to tack when I'm single-handed and lets me 
see forward under it. Billy Johnson sold it to me, hardly used, when he 
decided he'd rather race his boat than cruise it.
  - a working jib that came new with the boat. We've only used it a 
couple times, but it was wonderful running downwind in 40+ knots.
  - a symmetrical spinnaker that came new with the boat that still works 
well, even occasionally as a cruising sail
  - a riding sail that I sometimes put up the backstay to inhibit the 
boat tacking back and forth on the bow when at anchor.
