[Public-List] Cockpit hatches

i cut an access port in the port sail locker. It's better access than 
none at all, but not ideal. The space is so cramped all work needs to be 
done one handed. It may be i made the hole too small, but I don't think 
there is enough vertical plywood to enlarge it very much more than what 
I have.
I beveled the cut so the cutout presses back into the hole, more or 
less, btw.
