If your repairs require more than just fairing, System Three also has an
epoxy with a fast hardener the will cure in very low temps., around
freezing I think. As for the blocking, the only thing you can do is ask
the yard to re-block the boat. Unfortunately that will probably add to the
bill but worth it if needed to affect a good repair.
