Jonathan,

Limerick is 272 (?), 1967. I will check.
I bought her in Annapolis about 6 years ago.
I re-rigged, new electrical system and a new Naani 21 (3 cylinder) as well as roller furling and a new head sail.
Limerick is located at Whitehall Marina, close to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
Equipment is all you need to sail, including a good auto pilot.
As far as price ?????
The physical plant of the boat is great.  Cosmetics need a bit of work.  I have spent more time sailing than working on the cosmetics.
My reason for selling is the heat, which I no longer enjoy.  We spend more time enjoying the cool summers in Finland.
