[Public-List] What about insurance for a "good old boat" @ 53 years old?

Randy,
I am insured with Allstate, and have been for more than 20 years. I don't know if I am grandfathered. They were very good at handling a large claim without raising my rate.

 Greetings, Albergians,

I'm in the process of showing my good old boat to prospective buyers. One
issue that has arisen is that a number of insurance companies won't insure
such classic examples of fiberglass technology. My company, Boat US/Geico,
apparently grandfathered me in, but a possible buyer can't get insurance
through them any longer.

Any suggestions for insurance companies. Boats of this vintage can't simply
be "too old"!

Many Thanks,

Randy Katz
