[Public-List] Selling the "good old boat"--any suggestions about this ad?

Greetings, All,

Below is a link to the advert for my 1967 A-20, #249. (Posted on Craigslist
and on the Latitude 48 website.)

If anyone has feedback about how to improve the ad or make the boat more
saleable, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I know that doing bottom work
would help, and I'm hoping to hand that task off in exchange for a suitable
price reduction.

I realize this isn't the best time of year to sell and am planning to
extend the advertising until next spring if needed. I'll pay moorage along
the way since I would lose my slip if I stored on the hard for winter (@
$100 less per month than in the water at the slip).

My bailout plan is to donate the boat to a local radio station for auction,
which I really prefer to avoid. It's a great boat that would bring someone
much pleasure and cruising gratification! After 20 years of sailing all
over the PNW, it's time to give it up and move on.

Thanks,
Best Regards,
