[Public-List] Companionway Hatch

While not the ideal location as far a I’m concerned the FO put the solar panel on the sea hood.  My appears to be sturdy enough to stand on although the panel makes that impractical.  The sea hood was painted with non-skid, so I’m sure it had borne the weight of sailors prior to the days of solar panels.
