Tom. I have done this. It depends on the residual strength of any bedding
that was used to install them .  If they are original then the bedding is
probably degraded and little prying will be required .

The nuts are not too difficult to get to, but do require getting into the
lockers.

I suggest removing all the hardware, then inserting wedges all along the
wood-Fiberglass edge.
In my case it just took a good yank to get them off .
