[Public-List] Cockpit Coamings

Removing the coamings from the cockpit of Constance was easy.
If memory serves, there are six 1/4" machine screws on each one that secure
the coaming to the side of the cockpit.
One can reach the nuts from the cockpit while using a screwdriver to turn
the machine screws.
The only hard part is removing the bungs that cover the heads of the two
machine screws that secure the front end of the coamings to the sides of
the cabin.
The bothersome part is dealing with the winch pedestals.    The forward
pedestals may require two people, one in the cabin one in the cockpit, or
duct taping
a wrench in place (duct tape to hold the winch up against the underside of
the deck) with the end of the wrench against a surface to prevent the
wrench from turning.
