Do it right! Sandblast ALL antifouling paint off, use thickened epoxy to
fill deep holes then feather sand. apply 2-3 coats of epoxy barrier coat
then 2 coats antifouling paint. Your bottom will be slick and fast. I
suspect this boat had been iced in causing the damage.
