[Public-List] Access hatch for cockpit

I installed hasps on the cockpit lockers with the hinge on top, so the
plate would hang over the hasp.   Then I started having nightmares about
being trapped in a locker.  I reversed them and sleep better. They should
be secured when sailing in any case without relying on gravity !
