A dodger is certainly worth getting, and with a bimini zippered on to 
the aft end, worth it as a sunshade. It requires a couple of stainless 
steel tubes to hold it up, and seems like a lot of calculating to get 
all that right.  A professional job is going to be at least $2,000 and I 
doubt if I could make one myself, without a pattern.
