[Public-List] Deck Penetration for Mast Wires

This is what I use on #449.  Enters next to bulkhead above head to a
junction box near the cabinet.  Then the cabinets make a nice way to route
cables hidden from view to other parts of the boat.  No sealant is needed
in the pipe which allows for quick disconnect.  The pipe is stainless steel
and I've never had any water penetration.
