[Public-List] Deck Penetration for Mast Wires

It looks like someone may have fabricated this themselves from some SS
tubing and two 90deg elbows welded to form the 180 degree turn.  It has a
deck plate welded to the base that is screwed into the deck and then the
pipe protrudes all the way through and flush to the ceiling on the inside.
It doesn't look like there is a fastener on the inside it is just caulked
all the way around, so it may just be held by the 4 screws on the outside.
There is no manufacturer mark on it anywhere.
