Christian,

Looks like you have the cover already cut.
You can secure the cover the same way that the two under sink access panels
are secured.
Those have two tabs attached to the rear of the cover just above the bottom
and extending down
past the bottom edge of the opening. They hold the bottom of the access
panel in place.  The top
of the panel can be secured with a elbow latch as the access panels are and
the locker doors below
the cabin deadlights are secured.

There are also turn latches, magnetic, and many more types
