Hey Scott.
I too am currently re-powering with a 23hp Universal. I have a  13x10  I
picked up second hand that I plan to try.  The choice to do so was based on
another Alberg that has the same engine with that prop. size that seems to
work well.  I recall seeing Bill of Rights back in Cox Creek off  West
River. Nice boat!  I keep my Alberg, Sookie, #221 in Galesville just around
the corner, on a mooring between Pirates Cove and Stan and Joe's.  If you
are not local don't hesitate to give me a call if you need anything checked
on.  I live in that neck of the woods and go by Galesville daily.  Hope to
see you around this season.
