In short, I’m not sure. I have a cast none machined shoe (accept machining for the bolt flat). I bought off a guy in Chesapeake Bay who got it from the A30 ass years ago. 
If you could find a company to cast it and ask them what they require. I could make you a cast of it if required. Or, they could use mine as a pattern to make a mold. 
How bad is yours. Others have simply re machined them. I have a second hand one too which is probably usable.

 If it’s a new cast shoe that you look for , I have one. Not interested in selling it as it’s going on my boat but a Latex & glass cast could be made from it. And, I’m in Canada so shipping shouldn’t be much. Just a thought
