[Public-List] Varnish — Finishing Interior Wood

Dear Albergers,

The wood outside, exposed to the elements, takes a bit of a beating from
the sun.

Thinking that there may be a preference for a different finish inside
compared to outside in the sun, wind and rain.

Which of the many finishes do you prefer for wood inside the boat?
