[Public-List] Cleaning Dacron sails

Good afternoon,
My  year old mainsail  has collected some dirt and spider related stains and needs a wash. I want to be careful how I wash it so as not to disrupt the resin coating. Some say to soak the sail overnight in an Oxiclean solution. Others say to stretch it out on a flat surface other than directly on concrete and use a soft brush and a solution of mild liquid detergent or Woolite. I am curious how the group gets their sails cleaned routinely.
