Interesting, Tom,
Reducing sail forward to improve balance is a very unique situation. I’ve never encountered that in any sort of vessel. Normaly reducing area in the headsail, especially rolling it up, which results in a baggy sail, makes weather helm much worse.
Strange situation there…
