[Public-List] deck mounted bilge pump

As with everything mechanical, a good maintenance protocol is necessary, 
especially if there are rubber gaskets and diaphragms involved, or 
rubber impellers in pumps from bilge pumps to engine cooling water 
pumps. Years go by faster than we think, and the failure of rubber goes 
along with age.
