Christian,

That looks very similar to an Atomic 4 transmission. If you back out the 
lock screw seen on the second photo, turn the notched adjusting ring 
(only one notch--2 will be too much), and then tighten back the lock 
screw, it should provide more pressure to the clutch disks.
