[Public-List] A30 struck by power boat: Serial number on pre-liner A30

I carved my boat number into the main beam supporting my mast, aka USCG vessel registration requirements.  Then called our local Sheriff office marine unit.  They inspected it and co-signed off my state licensing title form verifying authenticity. If you do it this way, you are assured of proof of registration and ownership.  

This is also the same method used to title Home made trailers and rebuilt junk cars.
