Hi all,. I want to remove and revarnishing my leaking hand rails this winter. I am just wanting to make sure I know what I am getting into. Are the thru-bolts fairly easy to remove? Also, I am thinking of dealing with butyl tape. Any objections? Could use 4200, but I like butyl. Wade Sophie #421
