Greg,

Regarding the second item that you mentioned: rake.

Rake is one of the factors that determine the amount of weather helm you
will experience.
Constance had more weather helm that I was happy with so I reduced the rake
from 10-12" to 4-5"
when I redid the standing rigging in the winter of 2019-2020.   Quite
pleased with the result.
