Al
I have the ST-2000 and have always been happy with its performance. I use
it mostly when Single-handed, and mostly for motoring, but sometimes
sailing too . I have found I can use it upwind as long as the sails are
properly balanced .

I looked a bit and found this incredible deal
https://www.meftala.com/products/Raymarine-St2000-5-Ton-Tiller-Pilot?data_from=search_detail&variant_sku_code=117538-0-0-0-0-0-0

Normally the cost is a bit over $500 , and this offer is $40 . Maybe
something is messed up.
