[Public-List] Internal mounting of depth sounder??

An update on this if anybody is following along. The plug on the Garmin 
unit is 12 pin, the plug on the thru hull is 8 pin. Adapter  
https://www.garmin.com/en-US/p/pn/010-12122-10 is needed.
It really would have been nice to know that before cutting out 
bulkheads, installing and running wire for thru hull. It was traumatic 
when the time came to plug all the stuff in.
Anyway, problem solver is on the way
