[Public-List] Fuel filler corrosion?

Wire brush it off. Put a couple of drops of oil on the threads. Screw it back in and see how it does. The corrosion is simply gumming up the threads and imparting resistance to removing the cap. A bit of lubricant now and then should work wonders.
