Hi Greg,
 I hope you are well.

It is a Fairview ball valve made of full brass and with a stainless steel lever. It is part 7558200 in this catalogue:

My exhaust line is 2", so the part number match this size, but other sizes are available. 

It needs to be complemented with two nipples so as to fit within the rubber line.

I'm not sure of the rated temperature. Brass melts at 1710°F (919°C). Half this figure is well above the rubber melting point (180°C), so I do not see how the valve can be the failure point if there is overheating. Do you have a case in mind?
