[Public-List] Mast rake

 I messed with this for years.  If you can get to 3 or 4 inches off the mast, the Alberg sails significantly better.  More than 4 inches and the weather helm is pronounced and annoying and hard on the autopilot.

Reduced the rake aft of the mast from 10" to 4" when replacing the standing
rigging on #262 Constance.
The more rake to the mast, the more weather helm at the tiller.
