[Public-List] Registration fees

Just got the latest from Maryland Natural Resources. The 2 year fee goes 
from 25-$70.00, Registration for O/B dingy is the same-it's no longer no 
charge.
When my Crab license went from 60-$330.00 (in 1 year!) I thought: they 
are not going to be happy until they make criminals out of everyone. 
There seems to be at least one policy that is consistant in MD. anyway.
