As i recall the original A4 controls on Checkmate was the winch handle, 
but it did the whole job, shift and throttle. For some reason the diesel 
install would not support that arrangement so (on the STBD side) it's 
now two sticks. I miss the original shifter a lot, especially when the 
cockpit sole gets spaghetti'd.
Maybe the technology has changed. I need to look into that. And no, I am 
not going back to the A4 lol.
