those dumb newbies. we had some warmer weather and i was looking at my rudder. 

there are what appear to be wood pieces(perhaps a skeleton) showing through the 

fiberglass. is that normal, or do i need to sand down to bare fiberglass and 

glass over these pieces. </FONT></DIV>
