The tiller I ordered from H&L Marine through Defender arrived yesterday,

one month earlier than promised!  It looks great, but the real test

will be how much hacking and filing needs to be done to make it fit. 

Meanwhile, has anyone built a door or hatch to cover the forepeak opening? 

Any ideas would be very welcome.  Finally, I have details on OpSail's

tall ships visiting Boston July 11-21.  If people are interested,
