It might be worth it for me to cover it -- home depot has some rugged canvas drop cloths, 16x24, at $55 each -- might be a long-term investment. Any thoughts on how to keep the canvas from flying off the boat?</FONT></P>
<P> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">A winter project under consideration is to put some sort of storage/counter top space in the aft port side of the cabin -- the space area where I believe the icebox used to go -- its currently completely open with full view of the engine. I guess there used to be a hatch in the cockpit that opened up to the space below? It seems too deep to reach from the cockpit. Has anyone improvised on this design without the icebox but maybe easy access to a cooler filled with nutritious drink?</FONT></P>
