<HTML><FONT FACE=arial,helvetica><FONT SIZE=2>I would be interested in hearing opinions on whether to let the prop spin in
<BR>neutral while under sail, or lock it by putting it in reverse. It seems
<BR>locking it in reverse would save some wear on the bearings and seals. I have
<BR>a Yanmar 3GM30 with a 2 bladed prop, and while spinning under sail at 4 knots
<BR>and above, the prop creates a pretty annoying vibration in the tiller. Have
