sounders. There is an older flasher type that works so so. Much much better,
there is a Nexus 3000 system of instruments on the boat. If you don't know it,
it's great. It has a central processing unit with inputs from depth, speed, wind
and compass transducers.It also has a NMEA GPS input.(from a Garmin 45XL). There
is one primary display head (about 4X4") that can display any combination of the
possible information. I've also installed a matching Wind Data display. In my
normal mode, the wind display shows apparent wind direction, true wind direction
and apparent wind speed. The multi display shows boat speed and compass course.
The depth is set to alarm at 8'. Of course, all this has many other variations
of display depending on what you want.</FONT></DIV>

boat from. (Ted Fondulas) In fact, it was his boat I bought. He's a nice easy
going sort of broker. If I still own it in the spring, I may sail it down to the
