<P>I didn't see [or deleted the original posting of this] but I assume we are talking about using a bucket for a head. This may seem odd, but last time I checked, it was not illegal to use a bucket and dump it's contents overboard. The only thing that is not legal is to use a MSD "Marine Santiation Device" and discharge it into the Bay without first treating the contents. Another interesting fact was that the incomming water, without using it, did not meet the water quality standards for discharge without treatment. Also, it is legal to go directly over the side, although there may be some public exposure laws broken.</P></DIV>
