[Public-List] Cape horn windvane problems

Didn't see this before but make sure that when you set up the vane the
higher part of the mount faces the wind. I hope I explained this well
enough. We had the same problem when we first installed ours but since we
learned to use it its been great. Will be away from the boat for 2 weeeks
but after that I could send a picture. Not sure if any pictures are on our
blog but you could look at travelsintotheblue.blogspot.com
