Tom... I just returned from putting the final touches on winter storage and
took the time to get you 3 measurements.  deck to true waterline (Scum line)
in 3 places for Bathtub Mary #312 (1968). 
1st at the bow = 40.5 inches
2nd at the amidships = 29.5 inches
3rd at the rear most scupper = 26 inches

Bathtub Mary's painted water... bottom of the boot strip... ranges 8 in. to 3
in. bow to stern.

ps: nooooooow... i got to think that fresh water has a factor in all of
