Alan, not all came with Atomic fours, but I'v never heard of a sea scout.   I 
think some early boats had Palmers, but the sea scout may be a 
replacement..Question is; does it run well, and how does it move the boat?  
I'd want a ride to see how it works.  And what is the hp supposed to be, and 
what prop is it swinging???  All questions that need to be answered before 
you can decide, or people can help you.
