[alberg30] motor mounts

Would someone please tell me if rubber motor mounts should be between  the 
motor and the hull. My boat has none and I am getting substantial vibration 
when I speed up the propeller. The seems to be transmitted to the hull and 
everything rattles. I still have the atomic 4 engine  which is in very good 
condition. I have all new shaft bearings,new shaft, reconditioned 
propeller. Alignment  seems good. Is this condition comon to the a30? Do 
they all shake or does someone have an answer??   Thanks...Joe
