Hi Chris,
I have found the bi pole method (end for ending) of jibing a spinnaker to be
most convenient- but the higher the wind, the more necessary it is to have a
fairly strong fore deckman-there is no replacement for muscle, on occasion.
I run the pole downhaul line (attached to the bottom bridle by snaphook)
through the center of one of the bow cleats, and then back to the cockpit to
a jam cleat (the pole topping lift also leads to the cockpit on my boat).
The whole evolution can be easily handled by a three person crew.

If you mean here where to store the pole when not in use, I clip one end to
the lower forward shroud, and the other end attaches to a stainless angle
through bolted to my toe rail ( I believe your boat, like mine, has a
substantial piece of teak to allow this). This allows the pole to be pre
rigged in it's bracket, and the cockpit crew can assist with mounting it on
the mast, with the use of the topping lift.
By the way, and I don't mean to be condescending, The guy (line) leads
through the other end of the pole; the spinnaker does not directly attach to
the pole
It all involves a bit of effort, but is worth it , even when cruising.
