TO THE LIST:

The recent letters about A4 engine speeds reminds me that I haven't a clue as 
to the optimal cruising speed for my engine.  WILD ELF was repowered in 1985 
with a 3 cylinder, 23 hp Universal diesel.  Does anyone have a clue in what 
range I should be running her?
