Charles, first advice is use Interprotect 2000 on the bottom.  Follow 
instructions.  That  should take care of the little pox.  You should find the 
hull number on a plate over the bridge deck.  Most likely, the silkscreeing 
will have worn off, leaving just a stamped number.  Russ
