I found my original Atomic 4 manual, & here is what it says:

"The oil pressure regulator screw is adjusted at the factory so that the
gauge will show 30 to 35 pounds for normal engine speeds, but may go as
low as 5 pounds at idling speed when hot, and should not require
adjusting."
