Jacques:Mechanic told me my atomic 4 was in perfect condition,infact
after this e-mail I'm going to put the engine back in the boat.Diesel
repower will have to wait till I have more time to shop around,I'm gonna
take some advice and hold off on the Kubota,brother I had the money in
hand and on my way.My atomic four is turning a 12x6 two blade wheel.Does
anyone have a prop of similar size on their boat with atomic four,do you
reach hull speed,any help will appreciated.Yes when I convert to diesel
my atomic four will be for sale with all extra parts and gauges,by the
way that are all brand new,think there teleflex stainless.My clutch
needed adjustment and this gave me a good opportunity to get the bilge
clean of years of junk without the engine in the way.Hopefully I can get
better speed than before,if not the engine is coming out again
today,can't buck the Mississippi River with the slow speed I had before.
