Rabbit, haveyou tried your great idea?  I would have to consider it before I
tried it.  Thrust, and horsepower have to go somewhere in the boat to go
forward.  Spomds like instead  of two mount, spreading out the forces, you are
going to depend on one.
Have you ever installed an engine in a boat?  I have from scratch. With a
rubber coupling, and soft engine mounts, and long heavy engine mounts glassed
on to the hull.  Quiet, and trouble free.  Russ Pfeiffer
